You can get all Gems of Floor B1 in Luigi’s Mansion 3 after you get Gooigi.

Floor B1 Basement White Gem
Enter the garage and go to the car right next to E. Gadd’s Lab. Suck the cover to reveal a light switch. Light it with Luigi’s Strobulb and the trunk will open to reveal the white gem of floor B1.

Floor B1 Basement Red Gem
Enter the garage and go to the left. You will see a generator that you can only access with Gooigi. Open the generator box on the left and light Gooigi’s Strobulb and the generator will reveal the red gem of floor B1.

Floor B1 Basement Blue Gem
Enter the garage and go to the top right corner. Remove the metal plate and enter the elevator shaft. Climb up the ladder and use Gooigi in the top left corner to drop to the floor below where the blue gem of B1 is.

Floor B1 Basement Green Gem
Enter the laundry room and open the washing machine in the middle to reveal the green gem of floor B1.

Light the picture hanging on the wall in the basement hallway.

Go up the stairs and use Gooigi in the top left corner to drop to the part below the stairs where you can find the yellow gem of floor B1.
