The buried item for the Order Excavator needs you to have the Beast Legion. Before you cross the bridge and protect the civilians in the red case Serve and Protect check the ground near the dropped item.

File 02 – Toilet Location (Tarp)

The toilet with the tarp for the Order Nature Calls can be found right after you have to pick the correct keywords while talking to Max. Enter the garage and after the supply crate turn right and crouch to find the toilet.

File 02 – Cat Location (Walnut)

The cat Walnut for the Order Feline Friend can be found after the red case Serve and Protect. Take the right alley and use the Arms Legion to lift a container. The cat is behind the container

File 02 – Photo: Daddy Dearest

The Photo Order: Daddy Dearest can be done after you get the camera in File 03. Take a picture of Max standing on the Helioport or while investigating the crime scene and collecting keywords.

File 02 – Rare Chimera (Slime)

The slime can be found in the first boss area where you also have to do the blue case Gate Disposal and Crime Prevention. Finish the blue cases open some chest and go to the middle of the street. You can use this Slime to farm for a powerful ability! (Video Guide)
