Talk to the Mirage standing near the Teleporter of Shibuya Block 3, South. It will request a Shaman Force, Skellington Force and an Archer Force. You can find Skellingtons and Archers in Block 3. You can find Shamans in Block 1. Once you have the forces return to the mirage near the Teleporter of Shibuya Block 3 to complete the request and receive a Treasure Key.
