The Price of Thievery Quest Guide – Final Fantasy 7 Remake
In Chapter 9 you unlock several Quests in the Wall Market. One of those quests is The Price of Thievery which can only be done during Chapter 9 in Final Fantasy 7 Remake. It shares the spot for Side Quest 14 in the Quest overview with The Party Never Stops. It is one of the hardest quests to unlock in Final Fantasy VII Remake.
The Price of Thievery
Quest Giver
There are certain choices that affect if you unlock The Price of Thievery or The Party Never Stops. You have to follow all these steps if you want Mireille to appear.
- Describe Tifa as “She’s great at handling the books” to Sam
- Don’t talk to anyone except Madam M, the Honey Bee receptionist or Sam until you are in Don Corneo’s Colosseum.
- Pick “Heads” when Sam asks you
- Pick “Luxury Message – 3000 gil” when Madam M asks you
These choices will unlock The Price of Thievery quest and Mireille will appear in the eastern part of Wall Market.
Defeat the Bandits
She wants you to defeat some Bandits, because they are spreading fake calling cards of the Angel of the Slums. Leave the Wall Market through the south exit and follow the path until you can turn north. It’s the same guys Cloud and Aerith defeated on their way to Wall Market in Chapter 8, but this time they have reinforcements. Take care of them and go back to Mireille in Wall Market.
Reward
The innocence of the Angel of the Slums is proven and Mireille is happy. For your troubles you will get a Turbo Ether and a Real Calling Card. If you completed Burning Thighs you will also unlock Shear’s Counterattack Quest.
