Shibuya
Talk to Touma standing in Central City, Shibuya. Accept Thrust to the Future and he will unlock the location Toubo Rooftop.
Toubo Rooftop
Talk to him at Toubo Rooftop and you will see some scenes and will have some options. None of the answers will have an effect on the outcome of the side quest so choose whichever you like.
Illusory Daitama
Teleport to Daitama Observatory enter Illusory Daitama and defeat 5 Blobs with Touma or a session where Touma attacks. You will receive Touma’s Mind of a Hero Performa. Go to the Bloom Palace and create the Radiant Unity Door of Rampage. You will see a scene with Touma and unlock his Ad-lib Performance Raging Stampede.
