You can find Touma in front of the Anzu building. As you help Touma talk to girls and give one of your best advices as oneliners, Touma will get the Grand Transformation Performa which will let you do the Door of Transformation Radiant Unity in the Bloom Palace. After the scenes Touma will learn his Special Performance Gaia’s Whisper.
