Side stories have many benefits in Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Encore. They unlock abilities and attacks you wouldn’t get otherwise and give you a lot of XP. Every character has 3 side stories which unlock with story progression. Once unlocked the side story can be completed at any time. Only one side story can be completed at a time.
